Return & Refund Policy
At our store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including personalized/custom products, gift cards, and items marked as final sale.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
